Summary

Colorado Rehabilitation & Occupational Medicine is Colorado’s leading medical group for non-surgical joint and muscle pain treatments, and Stem Cell Therapy/Regenerative Medicine. CROM is Denver’s physiatry practice, able to treat patients without surgery and without narcotic medications. We have clinics around Denver to serve the Colorado Front Range.

CROM treats orthopedic and neurological conditions from sports injuries, work injuries, and age-related joint/muscular conditions. Orthopedic/neurological conditions that we treat include back pain, rotator cuff tear, osteoarthritis, tendinitis, knee problems and post traumatic brain injury.

Non-surgical Spine Procedures for Herniated Disk, Sciatica, Facet Syndrome, Arthritis, and more. Includes Epidural Steroid Injections, Medial Branch Blocks, Facet Joint Injections, & Rhizotomy.

CROM accepts private insurance and treats torn rotator cuff, back strains, tennis elbow, tendonitis, and joint injuries. Many treatments including injections & Regenerative Medicine.

CROM performs both Infrared Stress Thermography and QSART to test patients for CRPS (Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome, formerly RSD) as part of the Autonomic Testing Battery.

Stem Cell Therapy injects tissue containing stem cells near a patients injured area. Stem Cells can regenerate damaged tissue by stimulating healing in damaged areas. CROM uses non-fetal sources of Stem Cells. Stem Cell Therapy Regenerative Medicine is a great option because it’s an easy, minimally invasive injection. Stem cell therapy can potentially replace surgery in certain cases of labral & rotator cuff tears, osteoarthritis, and degeneration of the knees, hips, and shoulders. CROMs Board Certified Doctors perform stem cell therapy in our Denver clinics.

Physiatry is the branch of medicine dealing with the muscles, nerves, tendons, ligaments and joints. It treats many of the same conditions as neurology and orthopedics, but without surgery. CROMs physiatrists are Medical Doctors board certified in Phsyical Medicine & Rehabilitation, meaning they are specialty trained to treat the neuro-musculoskeletal system. Treatments include Spinal Procedures such as Epidural Steroid Injections to treat back pain, and Electrodiagnostic Medicine such as EMGs to diagnose nerve problems like Carpal Tunnel.
